By enrolling in a membership, you authorize recurring payments via your selected payment method. You may cancel anytime after the minimum 3-month commitment by providing at least 14 days’ written notice before your next billing date. Unused treatments may roll over for a maximum of 1 month and are non-transferable. No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.
